  Every time I have been in this store I am shocked at the lack of professionalism shown by the owners and people working there. It's like customers are an inconvenience or something. My friends had advised me not to go there, but I wanted to support the local business. When you walk in they usually ask if you need something....like they're suspicious you are even there. The first time I was there I had to wait to check out while 4 people stood around the counter having a rather innapropriate conversation. Eventually I realized noNE of them were customers, or working there....they were just hanging out I guess. I had to ask to check out, they all seemed annoyed and continued their nasty conversation the entire time I was checking out. The clerk never even looked at me or spoke to me. Another time I had the lovely experience of going to Nave's there was an older couple in front of me who tried to pay with a card, when the owner asked them credit or debit the man stated credit. The owner literally sighed in disgust and just stared at the man. He asked her if they took credit and response was "it will cost us more!" I could barely pick my jaw up off the floor. It's one thing to not accept cards, it's another to accept them but make your customer feel bad for using one. The man explained he couldn't run it as a debit because he didn't know his pin #. The owner again just huffed and looked at the couple in disgust! The wife had to go out her car to look for the pin number. Unbelievable. The disregard for customers, questionable groupies always hanging around and the profuse sweating has me wondering if this place has stayed in business for so long for some other reason than selling party supplies!
